Description
A savory instant cappuccino mix, this Mason jar recipe will make two 12-ounce jars for holiday giving.
Ingredients
| 2⁄3 | Cup | instant coffee granules |
| 1 | Cup | non-dairy creamer, powdered |
| 1 | Cup | powdered chocolate drink mix |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | sugar, granulated |
| 3⁄4 | Teaspoon | cinnamon, ground |
| 3⁄8 | Teaspoon | nutmeg, ground |
| 2 | canning jars, 12-ounce size |
Instructions
Place instant coffee granules in a food processor, and process until it becomes a fine powder. (Alternately, place granules in a plastic food storage bag, and crush with a rolling pin.)
In a large bowl, combine creamer, chocolate mix, instant coffee, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir together until well mixed. Spoon into 2 canning jars, add lids and seal

Attach a gift tag to each jar with these directions:
